it isnabout my booking MARTIN Louise number 42-95**** to hotel sdanta susanna resort from october 1er to october 8.we pay local taxe and fees to you 9.24 and we pay second time to hotel anta susanna 9.24 whe we arrive. you must repay to pay us 9.24.i am waiting for your answer
Complaint/ refund free stay
Hello my name is jorge Rodriguez and i have just got back foe my trip and im trying make a refund or complaint in what can be done about my stay.First id like to say when it came to my room thier was no phone . 2nd the door was locked i had ro open it with a pin.All hotels have phones mine didnt.
3rd why would they put a customer in a renotive room it seems like theu were making changes to it. And 4th i was going to book anotjer stay and was in the process of working on it it was getting close to check oit by 12. I told the cleaning lady and front desk lady 3 times id be staying another night but she kept harasing me about she needs payment if not i had to be out by 12 .well 1205 came around i was still on the phone making arrangments i had a witness also with me at the time. SHE KNOCK AND KNOCK YELLING if she dont have payment i need to leave now or she calls the cops i had 10 min to leave .i told her i was working on it.never have i had a person or clerk do that.normaly if we say we are staying another day they say okbut because i was changing clotjes as she at tbe door yelling at me to open she was gonna open it open it come inside.regulations rules says they are not aloud to barge come in if we are thier only if we are not they can as they choose.that was unacceptable and rude.i kept my calm but she threathened me.
I had the finds for anotner stay due to her she messed up my plans the whole stay i had to pacl and leave i was traveling from el paso booked in lubbuck. I finally had time to male this call as i was traveling for work for amazon warehouuse.so id like to get a refund back to my card or get a free hotel upgrade stay for two days or one if possible for my next travel anywhere thanms my card ends in 9765 .Thank you booking is Fr37559**** Thank you.$48.93 cost for stay.

I booked a room for the 9th August but booked me for the 19th August when I will be away and this company has completely lied to me they said Travelodge wouldn't amend my booking which after speaking to Travelodge they said this company is giving false information they would amend the date complete shambles

U took money from me for a stay at Wyndham resort International dr 8001 international dr orlando fl from the 11/4/22 to 11/10/22 and I didnt stay there Im at the hotel now and they said if u call back they will refund me my money back so please call back asap now because am at hotel now

I booked a room and the hotel could not confirm it even with reservation! I contact the group chat no response after an hour standing there waiting for a response from support, I had no choice but to pay again for a room after this company charged me! Stay away from this company because Im sure now Im gonna have trouble getting my money back!

When I booked under this site it did not state that I would have to be 21 years and older so when I showed up to the South Plainfield holiday in they would not let me in. I would like a full refund and for you guys to contact the hotel for such purposes.

I booked a hotel with and when I called the I was told I didnt have a reservation. This is a scam.
They took my money off my account and I was left without a room. Do not book with this site!!!
I tried calling the customer service and never was able to reach anyone through this site. The room was over $300!!

We were charged double for a room on 8/14 that we reserved in South Haven Michigan , the date was wrong on the reservation that said 8/15 but the hotel changed it and the next morning we had to repay because they said you pulled the card, now we need refunded 173.35 that was over charged back to my card

Do the cancellation a flight I had to cancel my hotel stay and I wish to be refunded I paid for the room on the 3rd and it was canceled on the 3rd within a couple hours and a receipt was submitted ple
Ii missed our flight they had board in my reservation was made on the 3 before I got to airport and call you all from airport you requested a receipt and I sent it the the email address sent to me from frontier
