So my husband used your site to book a room for today we have been sitting waiting to check in and now the hotel is saying we have to wait till 3:00pm. We can't just keep staying in our car for that long of a time period.
I have asthma and need to take my breathing treatment for this morning but have no way to do so... The whole reason for using your service was so that we could check in early and not have this problem. If it's not fixed I'm making sure to post a bad review on every hotel site there is plus post about how horrible of an experience using your service on social media.
Then I'm never going to use your service again! Please do something and fix our problem we are having and I'll give you a five star rating on every site there is to bring you more customers as we as posting on social media!

I don't understand how you can call yourself a booking plateforme when you cannot even do that!!

I just made a reservation for FIND HOTEL except that he declined the payment
so I redid another payment both times he declined the payment but when I checked my account he had not only taken the payment twice but in addition he did not confirm the reservation.PLEASE may you treat this problem urgently .

Hotel is a disaster. I took about 8 pics not including the first room they put us in which was completely dirty and thennn they sent us to someone else’s room. Ughh after 20 hr drive I wish I DIDNT
Room and service and sanitary issues. To drive 20 hours to rest it was terrible . Broken furniture stains on bedding bathtub had pubic hairs on it

I need someone to call me asap I made a reservation and tried to check in at the hotel and they said I could not stay because even though I paid my $60 online and have a confirmation number that find hotel wasnt paying the hotel and the hotel was having problems with yall not paying ! I spent my last $60 for this room I have no more money and now Im out on the street I need help ASAP

I booked a hotel room and ended up having to leave due to accomodations ( or lack there of I should say) . We had to pay for two hotels in the same day and only stayed at one of them ..I was supposed to receive my $ back of the $66 and change for the first hotel but have yet to see the credit on my card .
I have tried to reach out to find hotel.net by a third party complaint about dissatisfied customers but yet to no avail NOTHING ... I CANT EVEN SO MUCH AS SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER SVC REP OR SO MUCH AS TO EVEN GET AN EMAIL WITH A SIMPLE APOLOGY NOW OR ANYONE TO LET ME KNOW THEY R OR ARENT STILL WORKING TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE ...WHAT A TERRIBLE WAY TO CONDUCT A BUSINESS THAT PRIDES THEMSELVES IN AFFORDABILITY ..I WILL DEF NOT BE USING NOR RECOMMENDING IN THE FUTURE ..n

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Told them I had lost my wife and would no longer take that vacation.
They returned all my money with condolences. It was also resolved in about 3 days..
Booked a hotel at IP Plaza in Biloxi. Charged my card immediately $640.71.
I have no reservations booked there and want my money back now.
I will find you, messing with the wrong people! Return my money immediately!

I would never use this site to book a hotel room again. I booked a hotel room through them that was at a pet friendly hotel, and they booked me a room that was not pet friendly, then tried to reach out, so they would fix their error...
Couldn't find a phone number anywhere for them, so I do the "chat"... They are so quick to respond, then I explain my issue, and don't hear back for 3 days after I was to check in. I ended up having to rent a whole another room and still pay for the original!!!

I booked a room with 2 queen beds but when I got to the hotel, they told me I booked a king bed. I showed them my reservation but didn't do anything to fix the issue.
I had to sleep on 1 king bed with my 3 kids. I will never use this again
